P/INSP 'DOMINGO "BOY" ROA
THE SHINNING MANILA'S FINEST
IS FROM SIBUYAN

Starting out as a trainor in the PNP Training Command in Fort Bonifacio in 1973, Insp. "Boy" Roa, now a permanent Lieutenant, never had the faintest idea he would be someday a Police Inspector of the Manila's Finest. Like many of his fellow officers in the WPD, Roa is fast shinning. Rising on a fast track with his highly commendable accomplishments, on the shooting affray in Pandacan with the "Akyat Bahay" gang where two of the suspects were killed and two others were convicted. Insp. Roa was given spot promotion.
In college he took up accounting and Master In Public Administration in the Pamantasang Lungsod ng Maynila. His gallant effort in leading several sucessful operations resulting in the arrest and neutralizing of suspected criminal elements trying to muddle the country's peace and order situation, make Manila a safe place to live in.
He wants to retire someday with his reputaton intact and return to hometown in Cajidiocan, Romblon to make use of his masteral administration for the upliftment of the welfare of the people, especially the poverty beyond imagination.
